There will be a short rest stop near the Publix on East Venice Avenue and a longer rest stop at Laurel Park where there are rest rooms, water and benches.

This ride might be helpful for someone just getting back to riding, or rehabbing an injury, or for riders who just want to smell the roses. This ride will go out of Rotonda on Tuesday’s and North Port on Thursdays and will be between 15 and 20 miles.
